    •  Other Items: All other non-custom and non-perishable items are packaged securely to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Delivery times for these items will also vary based on location and availability.
    •  Delivery Charges : Orders over 200 riyals will enjoy free delivery. For orders under 200 riyals, a delivery charge of 20 riyals will apply.

     Receiving Your Order

     Upon receiving your order, we recommend that you unpack and inspect your items immediately to ensure they are in good condition and match your order

    • Plants and Flowers: Due to the perishable and custom nature of our plants and flower arrangements, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
    • Wrong Item Delivered: If the item delivered does not match your order.
    • Damaged or Defective Item: If the plant or flowers are damaged or defective upon delivery (with photo evidence).
    • Care Instructions: 
    • To ensure the longevity and freshness of your plants and flowers, please follow the care instructions provided in the website. We are not responsible for plants or flowers that are damaged due to improper care or neglect after delivery.
    • Other Items: For all other non-custom and non-perishable items, we offer a 7-day return policy:
    • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original condition, and not defective or damaged.
